		<description>i think recruitment video works for a really specific niche (personality-driven jobs: djs, on-air personalities), but to bring it to the masses doesn&#039;t make sense. i dont think the typical job seeker adds any value by creating a video of why they are a good fit for a job. if anything, it introduces unneeded bias.</description>
